Informative measurements* in the following range:
- stroboscopic measurements, observations with the possibility of video recording (non-contact measurement of revolutions, torsional vibration, measurement of mechanical slip of belt transmissions, observation of slow motion, relative movements, mode shapes, etc.)
- diagnostics using an endoscope, with the possibility of video recording (examination of normally inaccessible places by means of a camera with LED lighting) – visual inspection of the wear of machine parts, the occurrence of corrosion, various damages and so on
- tensometric measurements – determination of tension in certain places of the structure (eight-channel measurement) for various operating modes, time courses of tensions, forces, etc.
- microscopic analyses of damage of functional surfaces of dismantled components of machinery (especially rolling bearing rings, shafts, gears, pins, etc.), also with measurement of the dimensions of detected defects, storage of relevant photos (determination of the type of damage, wear, analysis of traces of running on the raceways of rings of bearings, etc.)
- listening to the operation of machines by means of an electronic sonoscope (with the possibility of audio recording)
- contact and non-contact measurement of temperatures
- measurement of length dimensions, clearances, peripheral and frontal runout, inspection of alignment, flatness of surfaces, etc.
* Measuring instruments (gauges) fulfilling the requirements for informative measurements only cannot be used for measurements that serve to verify the fulfillment of the safety requirements of technical equipment (especially pressure, lifting, electric, gas and so on). Informative measurements can only be used to identify the function or condition of other than the above-mentioned dedicated devices and only for the internal needs of the organization (measured data must not have an impact outside this organization or on the results of other activities). The use of these measuring instruments (gauges) must also not affect the safety and health protection of workers at work or environmental protection. In companies certified according to ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, this type of measuring instruments (gauges) cannot be used for measurements in connection with their products, production process, etc.
